“Regarding the silences in the texts I would highlight above all the role of rests in their musical interpretation: through these the music breathed, they represented the role of the music, they made sense, and this sensitivity is a particular strength of the ensemble. (…)  And conductor and orchestra both deserve praise for their refined sense of form and carefully studied phrasing, such that the small details together with the structure were in their entirety given equal consideration in their grasp of the piece.”
